Touch tables work well for any game where multiple people need to see the same game area at once, and interact with it. This lends itself nicely to conversions of physical board games, which is mostly what my friends and I play. My friends have written 50+ board game conversions and original games, most of which are not available to the public because of licence issues. The ones that are available you can find on their web site at DarkInfinitySoftware.com.
I've written a few games for the touch table, including a Texas Hold 'Em implementation and a rail building title inspired by the popular board game Trans America. Both are free and available from the Chrome Web Store.
